Walk with your dog!
Walk Distance: Our 1 1/8 mile grass track is surrounded by magnificent hills and a beautiful landscape.
Paws on Parade Walk from: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Registration begins: 10:00 a.m.
* Please register on site at DogFest 1401 Shawan Road.
Pre-entry fee is $25 per person until September 19. Registration fee after September 19 is $30 per person.
* $30 donation per participant in the Walk includes a DogFest 2008 t-shirt, dog goody bag, and all-day admission to the Bark in the Park activities, games and contests.
Walk Rules:
- You may walk as many laps as you are comfortable with. One lap is 1 1/8 mile.
- You do not need sponsors in order to participate, you can make a personal donation to support the work of the Humane Society.
- Animals must be current on vaccinations.
- All dogs must be leashed. No flexible leashes. Use good judgement regarding the tem perament of your animal so this event is enjoyable for all.
- Unruly participants will be asked to leave.
- Do not bring animals in heat.
- Owners are required to clean up after their animals.

Collecting Pledges
- You do not need sponsors in order to participate.
- If you choose to collect pledges (and we hope you do!), simply ask family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to sponsor you for the fun run or walk.
- Urge your sponsors to pledge at least $5 to make your walk worthwhile.
- Bring this form and collected pledged money to the event on October 4, 2008.
